Terms of Use
These Terms govern your access to zenztools.in and its browser-based PDF and image utilities. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
zenztools provides general-purpose file utilities that run in supported web browsers. No account is required for the currently published tools. Features may be corrected, improved, limited or removed when necessary for security, reliability or accuracy.
2. Your files and permissions
You retain your rights in files you select and results you create. You are responsible for ensuring that you own the files or have permission to process, transform and download them. Using a tool does not transfer ownership of your content to zenztools.
3. Acceptable use
You may use zenztools for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not:
- process or distribute material that infringes copyright, privacy, confidentiality or other legal rights;
- use the site to create, conceal or distribute malware, fraudulent documents or unlawful content;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or bypass the site's security or availability controls;
- automatically scrape, mirror or send excessive requests that impair service for other visitors;
- misrepresent generated or edited material as authentic when that would be deceptive or unlawful; or
- use the site in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
4. Browser processing and output
Published tools process selected files in the browser. Results depend on the input, browser, device memory and third-party processing libraries. Conversion can change image compression, dimensions, metadata, fonts, transparency, page structure or searchable text. Keep an original copy and inspect the output before printing, publishing, submitting or archiving it.
5. No professional or archival guarantee
The service is a convenience utility, not a substitute for legal, compliance, records-management, accessibility, design, printing or document-forensics advice. Do not rely on a generated file as the only copy of an important record. You are responsible for confirming that an output satisfies any official, contractual, print or submission requirement.
6. Availability and third-party components
The site may rely on browsers, content-delivery networks and open-source libraries. Their availability and behavior can change outside zenztools' control. The service may be interrupted by maintenance, network issues, browser incompatibility or security measures. Continuous availability and compatibility with every file are not guaranteed.
7. Advertising and external links
The site may display advertisements or link to external services. Advertising does not mean zenztools endorses an advertiser, product or claim. External sites operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Advertisements must remain distinct from file upload, processing and download controls.
8. Intellectual property
The zenztools name, visual design, explanatory text and original site code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party libraries, icons and other components remain subject to their respective licenses. These Terms do not grant permission to copy the site, branding or documentation for a competing service.
9. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and its tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or error-free output. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, zenztools and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of profits, missed deadlines or reliance on an inaccurate conversion. You are responsible for backups, reviewing output and deciding whether a tool is appropriate for your use.
11. Suspension and enforcement
Access may be limited or blocked when activity threatens security, availability, other visitors or legal compliance. Suspected abuse may be investigated using available technical records and reported when required by law.
12. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when features, providers or legal requirements change. The latest version and effective date will be published on this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means the revised Terms apply to later use.
13. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, without limiting mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply where you live. Any dispute should first be raised through the contact address below so the issue can be reviewed informally.
