About zenztools

Simple file tools with clear limits

zenztools is an independent collection of browser-based utilities for common PDF and image tasks. The goal is to make routine file work understandable, quick and accessible without requiring an account.

What the site provides

The available tools cover tasks such as merging and splitting PDFs, reorganizing or rotating PDF pages, converting supported image formats, resizing and cropping images, creating printable passport-photo layouts, and extracting text or images from supported documents. Each public tool page includes usage steps, relevant settings and practical notes about its output.

Only tools that have a working page are included in the navigation. If a proposed converter is not ready or needs server-side processing that the site does not provide, it is not advertised as an available service.

How file processing works

The tools currently offered by zenztools process selected files inside the visitor's browser using JavaScript and established file-processing libraries. The working file remains in browser memory while the operation is performed, and the result is generated for local download. zenztools does not provide accounts or a cloud document library.

Browser-based processing also has limits. Performance depends on the visitor's device, browser and available memory. Large or complex files may take longer, consume more memory or fail to process. Some conversions may change compression, image quality, dimensions, fonts, transparency or searchable text. Visitors should keep an original copy and inspect the downloaded result before relying on it.

Quality and transparency

We aim to describe each tool accurately and avoid promising features that the page does not perform. Pages are reviewed for broken navigation, unsupported file claims and misleading controls before release. When behavior changes, the relevant instructions and limitations should be updated with it.

Advertising, when enabled, supports the operation of the website. Advertising must remain visually separate from upload, processing and download controls. Advertisements do not receive the files selected for local processing.

Privacy and responsible use

The Privacy Policy explains browser processing, hosting logs, third-party resources, advertising technologies and visitor choices. The Terms of Use describe acceptable use and service limitations. Visitors should only process files they own or are authorized to use.
