Privacy Policy
This policy explains how zenztools handles files and information when you visit zenztools.in or use one of its browser-based utilities.
1. Files selected for processing
The tools currently published on zenztools process selected documents and images locally in your browser. The site does not intentionally upload the contents of those files to a zenztools file server, create a cloud copy, or associate them with an account. Files and intermediate results may remain in your browser memory until you download the result, refresh the page, close the tab or the browser releases that memory.
Your browser may create its own temporary cache or download history according to your browser and device settings. zenztools does not control those local records. Avoid using shared devices for sensitive work, and remove downloaded files yourself when appropriate.
2. Technical information
Like most websites, the hosting provider and security infrastructure may automatically record limited request information needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser type, device information, referring page, response status and security events. These logs may be used to diagnose errors, prevent abuse, maintain availability and meet legal obligations.
3. Third-party libraries and resources
Some file-processing libraries are loaded from established content delivery networks. When your browser requests those scripts, the network operator may receive ordinary connection information such as your IP address, browser details and the requested resource. The files you select in a zenztools tool are not included in those script requests.
4. Google AdSense and advertising
zenztools uses Google AdSense account code to verify the site and may display Google-served advertisements after approval. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device identifiers and similar technologies to deliver, measure and limit ads; prevent fraud; and, where permitted, personalize advertising.

- Browser controls may also allow you to block or delete cookies, although doing so can affect website features and advertising choices.
For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, advertising consent choices are managed through a Google-certified consent management platform configured for the site. Depending on the choice made and applicable law, ads may be personalized, non-personalized or limited.
5. Analytics
This version of the website does not include a separate visitor analytics product in its source code. If analytics is introduced later, this policy will be updated to identify the provider, purpose and available choices before or when that change takes effect.
6. Legal grounds and purposes
Where data-protection law applies, technical logs may be processed for legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the site, and to comply with legal duties. Advertising identifiers and non-essential storage are used on the basis of consent where consent is required. In other locations, processing may rely on other grounds allowed by applicable law.
7. Retention
zenztools does not maintain user accounts or a repository of uploaded files. Retention periods for infrastructure logs are determined by operational, security and legal requirements and by the hosting provider's settings. Advertising providers retain information under their own published policies.
8. Sharing and international processing
Technical information may be handled by hosting, content-delivery, security and advertising providers only for their respective services. These providers may process information in countries different from yours and apply their own safeguards and privacy terms. zenztools does not sell the contents of files selected for local processing.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection concerning personal information controlled by the site operator, and to withdraw consent. Because zenztools does not create user accounts, include enough detail in a request to identify the relevant interaction without sending sensitive files.
You can revisit choices through an available privacy message, adjust Google advertising settings, or use browser controls for cookies and local storage. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before withdrawal.
10. Children
zenztools is a general utility service and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit personal information about a child through support communications.
11. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect the website, but no internet service or browser environment can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep original files, use an updated browser and inspect downloaded output before sharing it.
12. Policy changes
This policy may be revised when the site's tools, providers or legal obligations change. The date at the top identifies the latest published version. Material changes should be reflected on this page before or when they become effective.
